Go that Extra Mile

We take care of all the little extras that will turn your journey into an experience to remember:

Promotional Materials
We know how important it is to generate interest and enthusiasm for your planned trip. Often, the fact that you are travelling on board the Road To Mandalay, owned by the Orient-Express, will be special enough to promote your event. However, to help you we have:

  • Posters
  • Luggage Labels and Ticket Wallets
  • Videos
  • Invitation cards and flyers

Other items which will make ideal mementoes or awards include:

  • Photo Frames and Travel Journals
  • Leather Luggage Tags and Pens
  • Playing Cards and Drinks Coasters

Special Arrangements
We will endeavour to fulfil any special arrangements you suggest, from greeting your guests with champagne and cocktails, to decorating compartments with flowers. We will print your logo on menus, prepare a decorative cake... the choice is yours.

Unique Events
To entertain your guests during the journey you can have a pianist playing in the bar, enjoy traditional Burmese puppet shows, lectures on Myanmar and other fascinating cultural performances.

Which ever style you choose to mark your special occasion, we will be delighted to discuss your ideas.

Setting off in Style
We can arrange a special send-off at Mandalay or Bagan to mark the beginning of your cruise – anything from a champagne reception on the Observation Deck, to traditional dancers, to a procession of Burmese monks blessing the departure in traditional style.
